Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Metro cities may receive orders in 3–5 days. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Log in to your account and go to My Orders. You'll see the current status of each order along with the tracking number once dispatched.
Yes — for a wrong, missing or damaged item, raise the return within 24 hours of delivery and attach one continuous, unedited video of the sealed parcel being opened; without that video no refund can be issued. The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached. Initiate a return from your My Orders page. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Once your return is approved (24-hour reporting + unboxing video checked), the refund is issued within 15 days. For online payments, it'll reflect in your original payment method. COD orders get store credit.
Yes, COD is available on orders above ₹299. COD charges of ₹49 may apply depending on your location. COD is not available on international orders.
We sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement at no extra cost.
On the Cart page, you'll see a "Apply Coupon" field. Enter your code and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before checkout.
You can cancel your order from the My Orders page if it's still in Processing status. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — you can request a return after delivery instead.
