Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at support@clothshatke.shop.

If you receive a wrong, missing or damaged item, raise the return from My Orders within 24 hours of delivery. You must attach one continuous, unedited video of the sealed parcel being opened — returns without this video (or with an edited video) are not accepted. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Once approved, your refund is issued within 15 days.

The video is the only proof of what was inside the parcel when it reached you. Start recording before you cut the seal, keep the label visible, and record in one take without cuts or edits. No video, no refund — this protects genuine customers from fake claims.

Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and click "Request Return" on the eligible order. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days.

Within 15 days of your return being approved, once the item is received and matches the unboxing video. Online payments go back to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Sale items, innerwear, and customised products are not eligible for return. Returns raised after 24 hours of delivery, without an unboxing video, or where a different / used item is sent back are also not accepted.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Yes, COD is available on all orders above ₹100 across India.

Yes. All online payments are processed securely via PayU (PCI-DSS certified). We never store your card details.

Don't worry — failed payments are automatically refunded within 3–5 business days by your bank. If not received, email us at support@clothshatke.shop with your transaction ID.

Orders can be cancelled before they are approved by our team. Go to My Orders and click "Cancel Order". Once approved for dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
